How To Make a Payment:

You can pay three ways - Online, by phone, or by mail.

To use the  new on line payment option by credit card, go to: www.employers.com/billpay or www.employers.com/business/landing.aspx and click on the "Online Bill Pay" icon.  

1 - Enter your policy number and the policy effective date to access the account of the policy you would like to pay.

2 - Enter your credit card and additional information, then click submit payment.

3 - Provide your email address to receive a confirmation number for your records.

To Pay by Phone using a Credit Card (accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover):  Please call #877-497-2637 and hit option #1.

How To File A Claim:

An insured can file a claim two ways – email, or via the phone.

Email Claim Filing:  insured will need to complete the State required Work Comp 1st Injury Form and then email it over to Employers directly to customersupport@employers.com
